Refund policy

  

We want you to be completely happy with your RS Studio lamp.

Each lamp is carefully handcrafted and unique, so you can expect some natural variation in the timber grain and finish — that’s part of what makes every piece one of a kind.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simply follow the steps below.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or missing any items, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at studio@raelsolomon.com.

Include your order number and a few clear photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Change of Mind Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things change.

If you decide your lamp isn’t quite right, we accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and packaging.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
