Our portable lamps run for up 60 hours on a full charge, depending on the brightness setting. They recharge via USB-C in around 3–4 hours and can be used while charging if needed.

Each lamp includes an adjustable LED with warm white, natural white, or cool white settings. Warm white produces a soft, amber-toned glow is designed to create atmosphere rather than harsh white light — perfect for mood lighting.

No — each lamp is fully assembled by hand in our Melbourne studio. Every piece is individually finished and tested before it leaves our workshop.

Please don’t — the lamps are designed for LED use only. The timber frame and LED module replace the need for an open flame, creating the same cosy ambience safely and sustainably.

Our lamps are intended for ambient and decorative lighting, not for task or reading light. They’re perfect for creating a calm, inviting atmosphere in living spaces, cafés, and bedrooms.

Yes. Each lamp is made using FSC-certified or sustainably sourced Australian timbers, low-waste production methods, and long-life LED lighting. Every piece is designed to last and be easily repairable.

We use Tasmanian Blackwood, Eucalyptus plywood, and other sustainably sourced Australian timbers — laser-cut and hand-finished with natural oils to showcase the wood’s unique grain and warmth.

The lamps are for indoor use only. They can be used outdoors temporarily in dry, sheltered settings (like under a verandah), but should be stored indoors away from moisture.
